I love this game.
I love the art direction, I love the gameplay, I love the sound, I love the music, I love the story.
I am so sad that I have to leave it for a week and a half. So, so sad.
You really appreciate the level of polish and detail a game like this has when you've tried to do the same. It makes me wonder what things they had to cut from their budget (both time and money), and how awesome those things would have been if they'd made it.
In an act that is rapidly becoming an annual tradition, I have yet again booked a 6:30 AM flight to California. Last year I didn't go to bed, and this year will be no different. I still have to pay bills, wash dishes, sort laundry, clean cat litter, and vacuum my living room.
But, you know...I'd rather be playing Bioshock.
